The BUU Music International was founded in early 2005 as a result of a merger of several music organisations and at this time its responsibilities extend broadly from special projects such as the annual Kyiv Festival to long-term concert, educational, recording and publishing activities such as respectively BUU Artists, International Internet Music Academy - IIMA, BUU Records and BUU Publishers. All BUU elements (Divisions of the BUU) are closely inter-related whilst they all have their strictly defined area of responsibility.

BUU Music International is a classical music agency with head office in London, UK. The BUU also retains two administrative centres oversees: in Tokyo, Japan, that deals with our Far Eastern operations and in Kyiv, Ukraine, dealing with all our Eastern European operations including the Kyiv Festival. BUU aims to establish a US administrative centre during years 2008-09.
